The client was a young company looking to expand on its concept of a quick service café with in-house baked goods. Hayashida Architects was hired to fit a bakery operation and café into a first floor space of a 4 story office building which was not previously used for food services. We provided kitchen equipment layout and architectural and engineering services, and coordinated the interior finishes with the client. We streamlined the overall design and construction documents for the roll out of additional locations. After completing this project, Hayashida Architects continued to provide services for the client in multiple locations in California and Washington.
